Job Opportunity: Property Accounting Analyst

A leading Real Estate Investment and Property Management firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Accounting Analyst to join our team in Irvine. (Must travel to LA office ONE DAY A WEEK). We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and is eager to grow and learn in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage operating budgets, tenant move-ins/outs, CAM calculations, and operating expense reconciliations.
Oversee accounts payable processes, including invoice approvals and work order management.
Ensure timely communication with tenants, vendors, and internal teams while delivering excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate lease data, including insurance requirements and tenant documentation.
Support financial reporting, property budget preparation, and variance analysis.
Conduct research and stay proactive in addressing property and accounting needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and property management processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Exceptional organizational, communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of commercial leases and CAM reconciliation.
Bilingual skills are an advantage but not required.

Pay Range: $55,000 to $65,000
